What steps should you do when you need to make significant changes to your account?
- If you need to make a change to your data in the portal, please alert onboarding@homeroots.co immediately if the change is “business critical” as your data will be “locked” as soon as we are done with our white label process.
- A business-critical is defined as a change to the information or representation of the SKU:
i. Color
ii. Dimensions
iii. Weight
iv. Material
We want to make sure this change is extended to all of our customers in a timely
manner
