Export feed by products status

The system may occasionally flag issues related to specific products, often concerning their images. This feature simplifies the resolution process.

Should you need to address image issues for multiple products simultaneously, this tool enables you to export a list containing only the affected products.

You can then obtain the pertinent product list, make the necessary corrections, and re-upload with ease.

 

1. Choose a value from “Export My Products by Category” dropdown. This value represents the Category you want to export your products data from. You can keep it as “All” to download the products from all of the categories you have listed under.

2. Choose a status from “Product Status”. The default value is “All”. You can download products with a status of either active, inactive or in missing images.

3. Click on “Add selected

4. Click on “Download“. After clicking on download you’ll get an email with your feed in Excel format.


New Status - Exception

We have introduced a new status for items stuck in the onboarding queue: Inactive - Exception.
Items in this status are there due to either missing critical product data or discrepancies found in the data provided.

There are one or more issues preventing the item from progressing, and only you, the supplier, can address or adjust these. As a result, our system has paused the onboarding process for these items until the identified issues are resolved.

What can you do?


Items in this status can be exported from this page: https://partners.homeroots.co/export or from your portal navigate to Export, by selecting the status of Exception, where you can review what's missing and re-upload the data without needing our intervention. This will trigger a re-validation of the products and move them forward in the process.



Additionally, you will receive regular email reminders explaining the reasons for the Exception status.

Products not addressed promptly may be removed from our system.
