# HomeRoots has implemented an Onboarding Product Tier System!

**HomeRoots has implemented an Onboarding Product Tier System!** 

You may have noticed that we’ve introduced a tiered status system to help streamline and accelerate the process of getting your products live.

 

These tiers are color-coded and reflected directly within each category template, and can now be seen within your supplier portal. They levels indicate the level of visibility your products will receive based on the completeness of the information and attribute values that you have provided.

The color coding is: **Basic**, **Bronze**, **Silver**, **Gold**, **Platinum** and **Diamond**.

Listings in Basic will be live for our B2B customers but will have limited reach and  
limited sales, as they have only the very bare bones / basic attribute values filled out. Items that have reached Platinum will benefit from the maximum product exposure across our entire network of customers. 

 

**Diamond** listings are reserved to Sellers who have demonstrated consistent, high-quality performance, and have elected HomeRoots to manage their sales channels. These listings will benefit from access to campaigns and programs offered exclusively by our sales channels due to our unique partnership with them.

 

These improvements are designed to make your upload experience more efficient and to give you greater control over how your products are presented across our platform and sales channels.
