How to add Related Products

We've got something new to share: "Related Products"! This feature allows you to strategically associate related items with your products. It's like a special tool to make shopping even better for both sellers and buyers on our site.

Benefits for Suppliers:
Increased Visibility: By showcasing related items, suppliers can attract more
attention to their product offerings and potentially increase sales.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Suppliers can encourage buyers to explore
additional products that complement their main offerings, thereby increasing the
average order value.
Customization: Suppliers have full control over which related products are
displayed, allowing them to tailor the shopping experience to align with their
branding and marketing strategies.

Benefits for Buyers:
Convenience: Buyers can easily discover complementary products without the
need for extensive searching, streamlining the shopping process.
Inspiration: Seeing related items alongside their main product can inspire
buyers and provide them with ideas for coordinating or completing their
purchase.
Enhanced Experience: By presenting a curated selection of related products,
buyers can enjoy a more engaging and personalized shopping experience.

How it Works:
The Related Products feed enables you to specify which additional items should
be displayed alongside your main products on the product page. For instance, a
dining table can be linked to matching dining chairs, or an accent chair can be paired
with an ottoman. You know your products and your target customers best, so you get to
decide what makes sense to show together.

1. Navigate to "Update Products Data in Bulk".
2. Click “Download Related Products Template

3. See the screenshot below for the sample template. It's pretty straightforward; you just need to input the main SKU in column A and the related SKU in column B. The main SKU can be associated with multiple products, with each related SKU on its own line (see example below).

4. After completing the feed, save it as CSV and upload it back to the portal.

5. You may check the status of the uploaded feed by clicking on “Bulk Upload Status” on the left-hand side of the portal.

6. After a successful upload, you can check the display on the product page (see sample image below). Another benefit of this is the ability to feature your own product instead of displaying competitors' products alongside.
