Order Flow - Fulfillment by Merchant

Email

  1. Orders from HomeRoots customers are sent to suppliers with the HomeRoots format on
    email. The packing slip and prepaid shipping label will be attached.
  2. The SKU number will be on the order for easy identification.

It is very important to have the correct email address added to the profile
to receive orders.

Export 

  1. You can also access orders through the portal. Orders > Shipping List
  2. You can click into each order and view them and export the packing slip
    and shipping labels.
  3. You can export them with the packing slips and shipping labels as one file
  4. Check the box Export with Shipping Label and the box Merge Shipping
    Label and Packing Slip and then click the green Export button.
  5. You will receive an excel file with all of your orders and the information
    and a single PDF file with all of your packing and shipping labels in one
    file.
