Late Shipment Policy

Effective April 15, 2026, any order that does not receive a valid carrier scan within four (4) business days of the stated ship date shall be deemed lost. Any order shipped outside of this required timeframe may, at HomeRoots’ sole discretion, be subject to cancellation, re-order, non-payment, financial penalty, or any combination thereof.

Suppliers acknowledge that marking an order as shipped without a corresponding carrier scan within the required timeframe constitutes a failure to meet HomeRoots’ operational and service standards. HomeRoots shall not be responsible for orders lacking proper tracking visibility, and such orders will be treated as non-compliant.

All orders constitute binding commitments, and suppliers are required to fulfill such commitments in a timely, accurate, and fully traceable manner. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in corrective action, including but not limited to financial penalties or termination of the supplier relationship.
