Image Guidelines

This feature enables vendors to upload images for existing products in the system that either lack images or have incomplete images.

Formatting Your Image File:

  1. Navigate to "Update Products Data in Bulk".
  2. Select "Need to add/update images?".

    SKU - Your product's unique SKU (mandatory)
    ImageURL1 - The primary image URL (mandatory) - This URL should have the product image. Ensure every product has at least one image. If uploading just one image for a product, place it in this column.
    The main image must be professional photograph of the actual product. DO NOT INCLUDE:  graphics, illustrations, mockups, or placeholders. If the product is a set, put the set image on the first URL with the same requirements for us to generate a lifestyle image. 

    The requirement of the ImageURL1 is:
    1. White background image
    2. 1024px X 1024px
    3. The object should be displayed without any other objects that can retract or confuse the customer as to what's included in the order
    4. The main object should not be cropped

       

      All subsequent "ImageURL" columns are optional and can be filled with image URLs.

Resolution: minimum 1000x1000, maximum 2000x2000

  • The image resolution does not have to be square, it can be 1500x1000 or 1700x1350, etc

Minimum of 4 images; however, 7- 9 images are best

Type of required images:
White backgrounds (front view, angled views, back view, side view, top view, etc.)

  • The product should be placed on a solid white (#FFFFFF) background
  • The product needs to be centered on the white background, and not be oddly placed on the leftmost/bottommost side, etc
  • No props (vase, picture frame, books, etc) should be placed on the sellable product in the main white background images
  • No blurry and poorly edited images - the sellable product should be clear and show the original color
  • No logo, brand text, or model numbers should be visible on the product in white backgrounds, or anywhere in the white backgrounds
  • If a sellable product is a single piece, then all white backgrounds should only show that one piece
  • If a sellable product is set, then there should be at least one white background image showing all pieces included in a set, and also a solo white background of each piece is required

Other optional/preferred images:
lifestyle images, swatches, dimension image,

Supported image formats: .jpeg/.jpg, .png, .gif, .webp
Ideal image format: .jpeg/.jpg
