Setting Up Profile

Here you will learn how to complete/ edit your profile, add team members and add/ edit your billing and warehouse information

 

On the lefthand side of your portal- click "Profile" Under Manage Account". 



Profile Details- Below you can find the area of your profile which you can add all different types of contact emails. You should fill out the appropriate contact information by category. Click “edit” to add/remove/change information.

Billing/Shipping Information - you can add your billing address and warehouse information here. Assign a warehouse ID for tracking and managing inventory. If you have more than one warehouse, assign them different Warehouse IDs.

Change Password - For added security and control over your account, you have the option to change your password at any time.




Manage Secondary Users Information - To enhance collaboration and streamline access to our platform, you have the flexibility to add secondary users to your account. Provide the necessary information for each additional user by clicking “Add New”.
